In serious case I took my dog so all students and doctors are very co operative and I hope this type of vet to be available in all villages. Only one disadvantage is there to take credit card or debit card only accepted no cash or gpay , paytm or phonepe accepted there .

Very good service, I visited 4 hospitals before this… all are very expensive but did not help my pet private hospital is just asking for money only… first day here itself we find out the soliton and operation is also done in same day.. highly recommended for your pets

I can understand that everyone's experience can be different, there are students learning here and there is a chance they may make errors, a lot depends on the pet owners. My experience here has been amazing, the students currently(1st - 20th March'18), the Doctors and to top off - The Doctors in Authority here are absolutely brilliant. Easy for me to say cause they saved my Dog from what could have been fatal. The Diagnosis, treatment, healing was perfect. Hats off to the team! Jazz(My 4 year old Golden Retriever) is very thankful and grateful to you.

The initial encounter at the government veterinary hospital for my pet was truly positive. I recall a previous visit to the government hospital in my hometown, where the doctor insisted on keeping my dog at a distance due to his own clinic located in front of the hospital. In contrast, the government veterinary hospital I recently visited had commendable doctors, students, and senior staff. They exclusively accepted card payments, a practice I observed for the first time in a government facility. The hospital was exceptionally clean, and the charges were minimal. Notably, they provided individualized attention to my dog, dedicating ample time to his care. I highly recommend this facility to all pet parents in Nagpur.

Good pet care hospital. Staff takes extra effort to make your pet comfortable. They have best surgery department and on call Doctors have rotational duties. Timing is 10 to 1 and 4 to 6. Sunday is 10 to 1 for only emergency cases. Be sure to carry debit/credit card as the payment is cashless. They don't accept cash for anything. Consultation charges are upto Rs50 and extra for any medicines. They treat birds, tortoise and goats as well.
